These bands are easy, comfortable, portable and give you a full body strength and strength and stretch that can sustained for the long haul - no matter where life takes you!

3. What if I’m a beginner?

This program is suitable for all fitness levels. Modifications are provided for beginners, and advanced options are available for those looking for a challenge.

2. Do I need any equipment?

The strength component is designed with cloth resistance bands but some of the movements can absolutely be done with bodyweight. You will also need a yoga mat, a small space to do your workouts, as well as comfortable sneakers for your cardio days.

4. How much time do I need to commit each week?

Workouts are designed to be efficient, taking about 30–40 minutes, 5-7 times per week. You can adjust the schedule to fit your lifestyle - I am here to make it work for you!
